1. I feel the most alive when I’m present in the moment and working with a team to serve others. It’s a bonus if the weather is nice!
2. I feel the most drained of energy when I’m trying to escape an uncomfortable feeling with distractions or when I’ve bought into a false belief about myself or the world.
3. I’ve navigated this before by taking a walk and having a talk with myself about what I’m feeling. Journaling also helps.
Looking forward to sharing more of the rhythm of my soul with everyone 💪🏼
So excited to be part of this journey and looking forward to seeing this community grow . Best of luck to you!!!
To answer your questions.
~ I feel most alive when I’m outdoors, especially while watching a beautiful sunset. The vibrant colors and the serenity of nature inspire a deep sense of wonder and joy within me.
Additionally, painting serves as a powerful outlet for my creativity, allowing me to express my emotions and connect with the world around me. These moments fill me with vitality and a sense of purpose.
~When have I felt numb or drained of energy?
I experienced a profound sense of numbness and emotional exhaustion after losing both of my parents in a short span of time. The grief has been overwhelming, leaving me feeling lost and struggling to cope with the enormity of my loss.
~ Navigating these contrasting feelings is challenging, but my family and friends play a crucial role in keeping me grounded. Their support and presence bring moments of happiness and connection.
Additionally, painting, spending time in nature, going out for a walk while listening to my favorite music, especially during sunsets, are some things that helps me find solace and a renewed sense of wonder. These experiences allow me to briefly escape the heaviness of my emotions and reconnect with the beauty of life.🙏💜🌟
Thanks to Irene for gifting this to me. I truly appreciate it. She's such an amazing friend.
I feel most alive when I'm out taking photos of things I love. Whether that be nature or family enjoying themselves. To see the gifts we have been given and be with those we love is precious.
This may sound odd, but I feel in my eutopia at Disneyland or Walt Disney World. I feel so free at able to be that inner child. To just have fun, escape and really be me. It's not a place I get to often, being from Australia, but when I go, I just love being there. I get so much joy from giving small gifts from Australia to the children. I love being around kids, they are just so full of joy.
I feel most drained if I see what is going on in the world. All the bad and knowing I'm powerless to do anything. Also, I have gone through a lot these past few years that has drained my spirit and my soul. Losing my dad, my uncle, going through covid alone in Melbourne's record breaking lockdown, losing my Aunt, my mum, breaking my wrist having a car accident where I rolled the car, a failed Canadian holiday dut to PTSD, 2nd attempt at the Canadian holiday where I fractured my ankle, upon returning to Australia having an opertation and months of physio, and still recovering. Recovering only to fall once more can drain the life out of you. That rollercoaster of ups and downs is exhausting and really tests you. More so, when you have a mental illness of Anxiety and Depression.
It's difficult to find ways of getting through all these trials and to pick yourself up. I try to find things in my life that bring me joy, Taking photos, watching shows or dvds that I love and using my creativity in other ways, like writing. I am lucky to have those in my life who are there for me no matter what. They let me vent and listen to me, which always help ease my mind. It's so important to have friends and family around you who can be there for you. They also bring so much joy to your life.
I wish you all the best on your journey in life Tyrone and have loved your interaction with Graham. Keep doing what your doing.
I have been reflecting on the questions in this post. Here are my answers:
1. I feel the most alive when I am out walking at sunrise, feeling the orange glow of the dawn. It lifts my spirits and fills my soul.
2. The feelings of being drained of energy come when unexpected "life event" happen and my energy is spent dealing with the "stress or changes" which I often add in my own mind.
3. When the tiredness, lack of energy enter I navigate through it by spending time outdoors away from hustle of life, listening/ talking to inner guide and let the emotions pass through.
Thanks for sharing beautiful content Tyrone. I really appreciated your input on supplements when I was in Alberta. I have been taking the Rhodiola you recommended and I really like it! Thank you 🙏🏻
-I feel most alive and free when I am hiking in the forests and mountains surrounded by nature.
-I feel most drained of energy using social media and when I am in big crowds.
-Truthfully, I struggle navigating crowds and social media and much of the energy drainers I find in both. I find I want to just be by myself a lot and immersed in nature. I find the most clarity in life escaping to the forests and mountains and talking things through with myself in nature, because I see everything clearly when surrounded by natural elements. It is also where I am able to write and journal the most freely and quickly find resolutions of my struggles. Trying to find a balance to navigate it all so I don’t feel like I do have to escape, while finding my people in everyday life is what I am working on.
Looking forward to the wisdom and learning from the things you share that have worked for you. Thank you :)
Tyrone sounds just what I need at the moment, so looking forward to going on this journey with you after a very busy month, I need to get ‘grounded’ again. When do I feel at peace? When I am out in nature, or even in my garden, spring has begun, so it is time for me to spring into action and find my soul again.
Fantastic new content! I'm excited to join you and others on this journey, Tyrone! I look forward to what you will share about life practices that will enhance living and connecting with the deepest parts of ourselves. I feel the most alive when I'm out camping and exploring beautiful places - creation is so amazing and soul-filling! I tend to feel numb and drained when I fall into a routine that doesn't challenge me or test me in some way. I try very hard to take time every day to get outside, move and breathe in nature and connect spiritually with God. I'm blessed to live where it's right outside my back door. I do hope you will share more videos like this one - beautiful!
Felt numb and drained probably for the past 3 yrs or so, having to care for my elderly parents, initially just my brother and me and later evethough carers to help it is still draining, physically and mentally. Especially seeing them like this when they used to be so active. I have a brilliant family and friends around to pick me up. Apologies for the short reply as I can only type with one hand at the moment. Had a heavy fall today. Right thumb in splint.
Tyrone, I am excited to continue on this journey and am looking forward to your monthly content. I especially enjoy the breath work you have shared. I am reflecting on the questions you shared...my life the past few days has been out of rhythm...so perfect timing for me. I am working on finding that rhythm again. Blessings!
Tyrone, I love your sincerity and enthusiasm for living in harmony with your soul for yourself and others. I've spent the last week reflecting on your questions and appreciate your invitation to do that.
Music has always been a big part of my spiritual journey, expression and growth so Rhythm of the Soul resonates.
I feel more aligned with my soul when I am closer to the Creator ... of my body and soul. I experience the deepening of alignment when I encounter God in nature, in others, in myself, in my neighbors, in scripture and in prayer and meditation.
My deepest experience of alignment is when I receive Jesus truly present in communion at Mass (as Jesus promised us). The depth, intimacy and connectedness is the most joyful and hopeful experience of pure love in my life.
Looking forward to the journey brother!

Tyrone I believe you have a scammer on here. I received a dm from an imposter, was only able to delete and not report
